The company was founded by Dave Rykaczewski and his two daughters, Mary and Marguerite, with the support of Dave’s wife, Luanne. Together, they built a reputation for dependable, high-quality lawn maintenance rooted in hard work, integrity, and a true passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. For over 20 years, the Rykaczewski family raised the standard of landscaping care in our community, becoming a trusted name for residential and commercial clients alike.

In 2020, Dave retired and passed the torch to his daughter Marguerite and her husband, Collin Dowling, who had joined the business in 2008. Today, Marguerite and Collin continue to uphold the company’s original values while also bringing fresh ideas and energy to the table. Under their leadership, the business has grown to include a wide range of services—from routine lawn maintenance and seasonal clean-ups to landscape design and property enhancements—all delivered with the same personal attention and professionalism our clients have come to expect.

Marguerite and Collin live locally and are raising their three children—two girls and a boy—all of whom are active in competitive soccer. Outside of work, they are deeply involved in the local bowling community. Marguerite has been a youth bowling director and coach for over 20 years and was proudly inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Mat-Su Bowling Association for her dedication to the sport and its young athletes. Collin is also an accomplished competitive bowler, regularly representing the local bowling scene at a high level. Their commitment to community and mentorship runs as deep off the lanes as it does on your lawn.
